About 40min from Suzhou or 1.5hour drive from Shanghai lies a lovely water village- Tongli. Having much fewer tourists than Suzhou or Shanghai, we could just enjoy wandering in the small town (though there are still quite some tourists in those Chinese gardens, but the density was manageable). Walking along the water canal was just so peaceful and chilled, and it seems like time has slowed down in Tongli.

Temple Run- Day 1: Sunrise
Sunrise, Sunrise, Looks like morning in your eyes (Norah Jones – Sunrise)
Arriving at 5am at Angkor Wat watching sunrise with a bunch of people from around the globe (probably a hundred). Heard that the sun’s would rise to the central tower (the tallest point in the middle of the temple in the pic) of Angkor Wat in the right season of the year- not sure which.
